Welcome to DermEthics. Our aesthetic practitioners are regulated professionals who provide a range of anti aging treatments that include dermal fillers and anti wrinkle injections.
Anti-wrinkle injections assist in the smoothing of wrinkles and fine lines to create a more radiant, youthful look. At DermEthics we use the licensed product Botox for anti-wrinkle treatments.
HOW DO ANTI WRINKLE INJECTIONS WORK?
The only licensed product used by DermEthics is Botox. Relaxing the facial muscles, Botox injections (botulinum toxin) prevent muscles from contracting in order to soften existing fixed lines and wrinkles. Anti-wrinkle injections can also prevent lines from becoming established and can subsequently be used as a preventative measure. Areas that can targeted include crow's feet lines around the eyes, forehead lines and frown lines.
There are many different products out there but we only use the market leading product, Allergan. This is an animal free FDA-approved product.

ANTI WRINKLE INJECTIONS
Anti-Wrinkle Cosmetic Injectables are primarily used to reduce the signs of ageing and typically used on facial areas such as frown lines and crows feet (around the eyes). It can also be used to target bunny lines (lines either side of your nose), dimpled chins and downturned mouths. The reasons for using Wrinkle Injectables also extend to less common causes like tackling jaw clenching, teeth grinding, excessive sweating, migraines, muscle stiffness and uncontrollable blinking.
You will normally see results from your treatment around day 5, with final results seen by the 2 week mark (although this is dependent upon the individual). As an idea, the effects of this treatment can last for between 2- 6 months but when it is used for more specific reasons, like armpit sweating, the results can last longer.
For special occasions we recommend having treatment no less than one month before the event in order to provide us with sufficient time to fit in a 2 week ‘touch up’ (if required).

DERMAL FILLERS
DermEthics offer a range of dermal filler treatments. Dermal fillers can be used for different areas on your face, including lips, cheeks, jawlines and chins.
We use FDA approved hyaluronic volumisers Profhilo® and Juvéderm ®, to create a natural look by volumising, contouring and sculpting the skin. All administered by our highly trained practitioners, we work with you to create the look you desire.
