Pre-treatment care
Step 1
- Pre-consultation to discuss what you’d like to achieve, by phone or video call, according to your preference
- Digital support pack including pre-care advice, what to expect, pricing etc.
- Pre-treatment products that help prepare you for your visit with us
Planning & Treatment
Step 2
- In person consultation with your dedicated practitioner
- Full face analysis including relevant medical history and general wellbeing
- Creation of your bespoke treatment plan
- Agreement and consent to treatment
Treatment aftercare
Step 3
- Digital support pack including details of treatment received, aftercare advice etc.
- Post-treatment products that aid accelerated healing, and where beneficial product recommendations to further enhance and help maintain your treatment results
- 1 week post-treatment follow up by email or text, according to your preference
- 2 week post-treatment follow up or top-up, in person where required
- Sign posting to other support services as part of our duty of care to you
